About 10 hours per week inside your organization to:

• Manage external agencies to ensure proper performance and deliverables  - Recommend, negotiate with, and retain additional agencies, as needed

• Report weekly to the Business Owner and/or Leadership Team on all KPIs mutually defined as important

• Continually innovate tactics to reach marketing and sales goals despite any roadblocks

In this one-time, half-day session, we will dive deep into your marketing strategy and provide clear direction on what needs to be improved to reach your goals.

• 4-Hour Strategy Session for your team to review current marketing strategy and recommended changes based on your business goals and needs.

• 7-Day Preparatory Period via email correspondence

• Deliverables will include a complete marketing plan for the next two to four quarters, immediate punch list items, and recommended campaigns for the next one to six months

• You want to see how the strategy process works before engaging a Fractional CMO

About 2 hours per week with your marketing team including:

 

• Sprint Planning calls (led every 2 weeks)

• Unlimited email correspondence for entire marketing team

• Marketing Campaign Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)

• Bi-weekly updates to business owner
